The final price of the motorcycle will depend on the options chosen and will be the subject of a detailed quote sent after validation of the deposit.

No manufacturing will commence without written approval of the final quote by the client.

Since MELK motorcycles are personalized and custom-made products , they are made specifically for each customer according to individual choices.

In this regard:

• Each project is unique .

• Certain parts, finishes or components may change depending on technical or supply constraints.
  

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code,
Products made to measure or clearly personalized are not eligible for the right of withdrawal .

The payment of the deposit is equivalent to:

• Firm commitment from the client.
  
• acceptance of the principle of custom manufacturing,
  
• agreement on the launch of the project according to the conditions defined later by quote.
  

The deposit is neither refundable nor transferable , unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing.

Depending on the chosen configuration, certain preparations may be intended for:

• for approved road use,
  
• for a specific use (bike show, track, exhibition).
  

The conditions of approval and use are specified on a case-by-case basis when the final quote is drawn up.
